2. Appointments & Scheduling

Appointments must be booked in advance.
Late arrivals may result in shortened service time.
No-shows may result in forfeiture of the appointment or fee charges.

3. Membership Terms

If you enroll in a membership:

A minimum 3-month commitment is required.
After the initial term, membership continues on a month-to-month basis unless cancelled.
A 30-day written cancellation notice is required via email.
Membership benefits are non-transferable.
Unused services may not roll over unless explicitly stated.
Pricing and benefits are subject to change with notice.

4. Payments & Billing

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise stated.
Memberships are billed automatically on a recurring basis.
We reserve the right to suspend services for failed or late payments.
All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

5. Refund Policy

All services, memberships, and packages are non-refundable. Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion or where required by law.

6. Client Responsibility

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or contraindications prior to treatment
Follow aftercare instructions provided by practitioners

We are not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed conditions.

Return and Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident in your skincare purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, Bioelements retail products purchased in-spa may be returned under the terms below.

1. Return Window

Products may be returned within 40 days of purchase for any reason, including opened or gently used items.

All returns must be made in person at Wild Mesa Holistics. We do not accept mailed or shipped returns.

Items marked final sale are not eligible for return.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return:

Product must have been purchased directly from Wild Mesa Holistics
Return must be made within 40 days of purchase
Item must be physically returned in person
Proof of purchase is required
Product must be in reasonable condition for evaluation

3. Final Sale Items

The following items are non-returnable:

Items marked “Final Sale”
Promotional or clearance items (unless otherwise stated)
Gift cards
Complimentary or sample products

4. Promotional Adjustments

Approved returns will be processed at that time

6. Refunds & Store Credit
